With the launch of our new

VSCO Studio on the web , our online presence is becoming increasingly more important to the success of our business, and this position will play a huge role in driving our overall growth. You will be working on enhancing the health of our website via keyword research and content optimization. Key success metrics for this role include keyword rankings, organic traffic, site engagement, CTR, bounce rate, returning visitors, and domain authority.The day-to-dayYou will identify growth opportunities, both in our existing content as well as in new categories. Your recommendations will drive growth and engagement in search and subscriber-based inbound channels.You’ll create comprehensive content strategies aided by but not solely reliant on generative AI tools, and work closely with the editorial (production) team to execute. You are scrappy and willing and able to execute content updates autonomously as needed.You’ll utilize competitive and content gap analysis to identify effective strategies and opportunities for new growth. You’ll oversee outline creation for long-form content with SEO best practices at the core of all recommendations.Perform category audits, competitive analyses and site audits to advise on when to create new content vs updating/consolidating older content with established rank. You’ll own and closely monitor performance metrics to understand what’s working.Proactively identify technical SEO opportunities (i.e. article template improvements, internal link/content ecosystem improvements, crawl issues) and contribute to product & SEO AB testing backlogsWork alongside the business intelligence team to manage and influence reporting dashboards. The base salary range for this role is $135,780 – $152,000.

Salary is one component of our total compensation package. This position also qualifies for bonuses and equity (i.e. stock options). The benefits available for this position include flexible time off, a 401K retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays. We also provide paid sick time as required by state and local law. Additional benefits and perks are also offered for this position.
