Google Does Not Give Full Weight To All Links

Google’s John Mueller mentioned that not all hyperlinks are given full weight and doesn’t cross the complete indicators it could probably cross. Instead, Google may not cross any weight from the hyperlink or would possibly cross partial weight from the hyperlink.
