Is that you?Jockey is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team!This position will have full marketing responsibility for CapeAble (a sub-unit of Jockey International) and Coopers Uptown (a giftshop and restaurant across from Jockey’s global headquarters). The Marketing Manager will develop marketing strategies and tactics to drive the businesses forward. This position will also track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns for continued optimization, manage the marketing budget, and ensure that all marketing materials align with the brand identity. The individual in this role should be entrepreneurial, self-starting, and a critical thinking marketer. They should have the ability to learn and adapt, and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Develop marketing strategies and tactics to drive sales and brand equity for both CapeAble and Coopers Uptown.

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own implementation from ideation to execution.

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, copywriting, and performance analysis.

Produce valuable and engaging content for the websites to attract and convert our target groups.

Partner with the Jockey International marketing team, where appropriate, in the creation of assets and other marketing needs.

Partner with stakeholders at CapeAble and Coopers Uptown to align goals, marketing strategies, and tactics to their visions and objectives.

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds appropriately.

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.

Maintain business operations updates for all consumer touchpoints.

Attend occasional evening and/or weekend events to help document and promote appropriately.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:5-7 years of comprehensive marketing experience.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.

Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, ability to learn and adapt.

Critical thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.

Proven experience in identifying target audiences, as well as creatively devising and executing successful marketing campaigns that inspire, entertain and educate.

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.

Graphic design capabilities and experience with InDesign, Canva, and Square.

A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
