Position Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving Architectural Surfaces online presence and growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our digital platforms, and convert visitors into customers. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

Essential FunctionsDigital Strategy Development: Understand our clients’ business objectives and provide thoughtful campaign recommendations to help them achieve their goals and execute those recommendations consistently.Content Marketing: Plan and create high-quality, brand-compliant content deliverables that attract new target audience members, educate, and convert them into qualified leads for our clients.SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines, manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings.Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts, create engaging posts, and interact with the online community to increase brand engagement.Copywriting & Editing: Research, plan, write, edit, and optimize a variety of content deliverables ranging from text ads to long-form blog posts. Critique others ‘content deliverables and be open to receiving constructive feedback on your writing.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven improvements.Paid Media: Plan, create, manage, maintain, and improve all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, paid social, display, remarketing, and more.Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors’ digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to improve website user experience and maximize conversion rates.Team Support: Assist and support team members as needed to balance the workload and provide a consistent and positive customer experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (master’s preferred).Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management software.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) a plus.
