According to an article on Soompi, the signal reads, “Park Hyung Sik’s Utopia,” a play on the title of the film. Right subsequent to the truck is a banner with pictures of Seo Joon and Bo Young!

Concrete Utopia is a thriller concerning the aftermath of an earthquake. Seo Joon will tackle the position of Min Sung, a civil servant and devoted husband to Myung Hwa, a warmhearted former nurse, performed by Bo Young.
Hyung Sik and Seo Joon starred within the 2016 hit Okay-drama, Hwarang; Bo Young and Hyung Sik labored alongside one another in Strong Woman Do Bong Soon in 2017.
